Cherry Pineapple smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup cherries – frozen

1 cup pineapple chunks – frozen

1 cup orange juice

½ medium banana

½ cup of plain Greek yoghurt

Method: Add juice to your blender first, then blend all other ingredients and enjoy!

Spinach, mango and banana smoothie

*Don’t be put off by the spinach, the mango and banana make it sweet*

Ingredients:

1 handful spinach

1 cup mango

1 banana

Method: Blend until smooth

Apple and avocado puree

Ingredients:

1 avocado.

3 tablespoons apple sauce

1 tablespoon water

Method: Blend in a blender until smooth and creamy
